Calme Pause is a small French shop. Two products, not thirty. One idea, not a catalog.
The idea
Ten minutes a day. That's 0.7% of a day. For many people, it's also the only thing that holds when everything else overflows.
Most routines found online require two hours and six steps. They last three days. What lasts is one single thing, in the same place, every day. We sell the two objects that make this possible: something that acts as a trigger, and something that tells you what to do with it.
What we won't do
We will never tell you that an object cures anything. The wellness market is full of promises of purification, detox, and immunity. None of these claims are authorized in Europe for this type of product, and none are true.
A copper bottle is heavy and beautiful, it remains visible on a table, and because of that, you drink more water. That's all it does. And that's already quite something.

The shop is run from Franche-Comté by a single person. The texts on the site, the guide, and the blog articles are written here, not bought by the pound. If something seems wrong to you, write to us: we will correct it.
