Order and delivery
What are the delivery times?
Please allow 10 to 14 business days for metropolitan France. This is longer than a major platform, and we prefer to announce it upfront. The digital guide, however, is available immediately after payment.
How much does delivery cost?
€4.90 in France. Free for purchases over €45. €12.90 to the European Union, €29 for the rest of the world.
Do I receive a tracking number?
Yes, by email as soon as the package is dispatched. Check your spam: that's where these messages usually end up.
Returns and refunds
Can I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase, without having to provide a reason, and then 14 days to return the product. We will refund within 14 days of receiving the return. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
What about the digital guide?
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the download has begun, if you have consented to it at the time of purchase (article L221-28 of the Consumer Code). This is clearly indicated before payment.
The copper bottle
Is it pure copper?
Yes, pure hammered copper without inner coating. Usable capacity 950 ml.
Can I put anything other than water in it?
No. Still water only. Acidic drinks — juice, sodas, sparkling water — dissolve copper much faster and should not be stored in it. More details here.
How do I clean it?
Never in the dishwasher. Lemon and coarse salt, thirty seconds, once a week. The complete method.
It's changing color, is that normal?
Yes. Copper oxidizes and changes from pink to brown in a few weeks. This is harmless. Only the green-blue deposits inside should be removed before use.
Does copper purify water?
No, and no one is allowed to tell you otherwise. No health claims related to copper are authorized in the European Union for this type of product.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments; we never have access to your bank details.
